Privacy and PDPA notice

Effective 15 September 2026. Data user: Omnix (M) Sdn Bhd, Unit 602, Block G, Phileo Damansara 1, 46350 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

1. Who this notice covers

This notice applies to everyone who uses omnix.network, sends us an enquiry, registers with our careers form or otherwise gives us personal data. It is written to meet the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended 2024).

2. What we collect

• Contact and site enquiries: name, company, email, phone, the subject you choose, the area or structure you ask about, and your message.
• Careers registration: name, mobile, email, home town and state, country, nationality, LinkedIn URL, trade, experience, certificates and expiry dates, recent sites, employers, referees, and the documents you upload (CV and certificates).
• Technical data: our hosting server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and fault-finding. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to enquiries and to discuss sites and projects with you.
• To maintain a register of skilled workers and match registered people to projects.
• To share worker profiles with Omnix’s clients in Malaysia and abroad for project resourcing, with the consent given on the registration form.
• To verify certificates and references before placement.
• To meet legal, licensing, safety and record-keeping obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Enquiry data stays within Omnix unless you ask us to involve a third party. Worker profiles may be shared with clients for resourcing, as described above. Our website and email are hosted in Malaysia by our hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

5. Third-party services on this site

• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address.
• OpenStreetMap provides the map on the contact page. Loading the map sends your IP address to the OpenStreetMap Foundation.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
• Careers profiles: for as long as you remain on the register, and up to three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Uploaded files on the web server are deleted automatically after 90 days; a copy is kept in the careers register.

7. Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, limit how we use it, or ask us to delete it. Write to andrei.frolov@omnixasia.com or to the postal address above. We answer data requests within 21 days.

8. Security

Forms are sent over HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored outside the public web folder and are only accessible to Omnix staff who handle recruitment.

9. Changes

We update this notice when our practices change. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
